Tail Dream Symbol

2

Tail – Tails represent various things depending on what creature they are connected to and other attributes about them. In general tails represent a showy part of an animal that was at some point in their evolutionary history used for balancing their body weight.

Predatory animals often use their tails to mesmerize their prey. If you have a pet cat you may be aware that he or she flicks her tail when she is stalking prey. This is meant to distract the prey from the most dangerous part of her, her mouth. If you dream about having a tail all of the attributes it has are important in determining what it specifically means.

  1. I had a dream in which I had a tail. Only, in the dream it was as if I’d always had that tail, and I had forgotten about it in everyday life, and I was just “remembering” I had it, in my dream. The tail was long and thick and it hung down. I couldn’t move it about at all, because the control muscles/nerves were disused (I actually thought about this in the dream, and thought everyone had tails, and with enough effort, they could probably move them). Any idea what it means?

  2. I had a dream last night that I gave birth to a baby girl with a tail. Can’t stop thinking about it.
